This 8 week online course gives you the background, science, practices and techniques to establish a regular Mindfulness practice.
The course consist of Guiding Audios, Instruction Videos and a PDF manual.

You can do the course from any device (computer, smart phone, iPad etc.) or you can download the material, (PDF manual and audio files) and access it offline as well.

The Teacher is Rita Riccola who has been a registered educator for many years and have more than 25 years experience of Mindfulness and Meditation.

In this 8 week course you will be introduced to and learn the powerful mindfulness techniques that are helping individuals from all walks of life to have more balance and focus in their lives.

Each week we look closely at emotions, thinking, impulse control, inter-connectivity as well as doing mindfulness practices such as breathing, listening, body scanning etc.
