When this negative self- talk goes on undetected it can bring about low self-esteem, feelings of ineptness and ‘being a failure’. Over time, those habitual negative thoughts can lead to emotional distress, anxiety and depression.

After you sign up you get immediate access to the complete course, all lessons, guided audios etc. You can choose to read and listen to the lessons online on any device or you might want to download and print out the the lessons and upload the guided audio exercise to your mobile phone. It is up to you. During the course you keep a journal, Short entries on what you notice each day. There is a journal sheet for each week you can print out and use if you prefer.

You will learn and deepen your practice week by week by going through the lessons, listening to guiding audios, watching some videos and keeping a daily journal.
